Booking tips When booking your appointment, please make sure to select the therapist you would like to book with. Please also ensure you select the correct session type (in-person versus virtual, session length). Please note the lengths and costs associated with each session/practitioner.

If you are booking a virtual session, the link will be emailed to you prior to your session

We encourage clients to block book sessions if there are specific days/times that work best for you. You are able to book up to 4 appointments at a time. You always have the opportunity to change or cancel upcoming appointments up to 24 hours in advance. If you are wanting a longer session or wanting to do EMDR, we encourage booking the 80 minute session. Longer sessions are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy: You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours via email or the Jane Booking system. With the exception of sickness and emergencies, all late cancellation and no shows without 24 hours are charged the rate of the session.

Please note that Jenn is not currently accepting new clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and PhD in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and is a Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta. She has training in Sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma, Hakomi and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR). She works with adults who are wanting support with trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout.

Please note Danielle only offers virtual appointments at this time. I hold a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta (P6853).

I embrace the uniqueness of the human experience, taking a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy. I integrate various therapeutic modalities in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ensuring that the techniques and interventions I employ during sessions align with each individual’s unique therapeutic goals.

Specializing in working with adolescents and adults, my area of focus includes anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and supporting those seeking a balanced work/life dynamic. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting women’s mental health through various life stages and experiences, including perinatal and postpartum periods.
